Merih Celasun is dean of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Bilkent University in Ankara. He previously worked with the World Bank and with Turkey’s State Planning Organization. He is a research fellow and a member of the board of trustees of the Economic Research Forum, a Cairo-based regional think-tank and networking institution.
