Aidan Dodson / Lectures April 24 & 27 / ARCE (Oregon & Philadelphia)
English Egyptologist, historian, and author Aidan Dodson will give two lectures in April in the United States.
On April 24, he will talk about ‘The Land of Kush’ at the American Research Center of Egypt (ARCE) Portland in Oregon. On April 27, Dodson will speak about ‘Evolving the Magical Machine: Three Millennia of Egyptian Royal Tombs and Their Decoration’ at ARCE Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Dodson is a senior research fellow in the Department of Archaeology and Anthropology at the University of Bristol, where he teaches Egyptology. He was elected a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London in 2003.
